How often have you heard people complain that a contractor hasn’t turned up for an appointment to discuss a project, or worse still, failed to put in an appearance on the day that has been agreed as the project start date? Our customer satisfaction policy is based on a commitment to providing a reliable and professional service, so when we make an appointment with our customers, we stick to it! Once the details of your project have been agreed and the necessary paper work completed, a start date will be given in writing and we aim to stick to the allocated start date unless weather or factors out of our control prevent us.

No surprises 

 

When we are briefed on a project, we will respond in writing with a personalized, detailed estimate together with a sketch plan or garden design if appropriate. The estimate will lay out in detail any work to be undertaken and cost associated with each element of your garden transformation. Upon acceptance an easy to understand form will be forwarded to you to confirm the items in the estimate you require together with the company’s terms and conditions.
